Rediscover the charm of Fukushima
and act as a bridge of friendship between
Fukushima and Taiwan
“Fukushima Momo Girls” from Taiwan is a girls' dance unit mainly composed of members in their 20s, and is also a tourism exchange idol.
Each year is considered a season, and members are selected through audition events held in Taiwan. In 2025, six members were selected as “Season 2.” Each member uses a nickname based on a variety of peaches from Fukushima: “Akatsuki,” “Sakura,” “Madoka,” “Hatsuhime,” “Yuzora,” and “Misato.”
“Fukushima Momo Girls” is planned and produced by the “Sakura Sisters” from Iitate Village, aiming to rediscover the charm of Fukushima Prefecture and promote inbound and outbound exchanges with Taiwan.
As influencers, the members of “Fukushima Momo Girls” participate in various activities such as performing at events held in Taiwan and Japan, promoting Fukushima-produced goods, appearing in media, and PR activities for Fukushima products through social media.
They have been officially appointed as “Fukushima Tourism Exchange Ambassadors” by Fukushima Prefecture, and have expanded their activities both in Fukushima and Taiwan. Please support us!
